Pipe Swivel (NPSM) (SS)
NPSM (National Pipe Straight Mechanical) are female swivel fittings with a straight thread and a 30° cone that forms a mechanical seal with NPTF pipe male fittings. The swivel allows for ease of installation on hydraulic applications. It is recommended to apply Teflon tape or pipe dope sealant to these connections. Stainless steel fittings are used for applications requiring maximum corrosion or sanitary protection.
