Orders using overnight or 2 day shipping, placed before 4pm MST are guaranteed to ship same day. Ground orders placed before 3pm MST will also ship same day. Please note: Backorders may impact fulfilment timeframe.

• If you need to return product, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives via email at sales@hydraulicsdirect.com, or by phone at 866-620-7320. Our representative will handle your return and issue an RMA.
• Your RMA form must be included in the return package.
• Pack all of the item(s) securely in the original product packaging.
• Include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
• All returned items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
• Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
• Returns can be sent using the carrier of your choice.
• Send the return package to the address listed on your RMA. Please indicate RMA number on outside of package.
• Refunds can be expected in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 7-10 business days of receipt of returned item(s).
• We recommend that you obtain a tracking number (delivery confirmation) from the carrier to monitor timely delivery, as well as insurance.
• Labor costs, hose assembly fees, shipping / freight are non-refundable.

If you ordered the wrong parts:

If you purchased a product in error, it can be returned to Hydraulics Direct with a 25% restocking fee for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Beyond 30 days of delivery date, returns are at the discretion of management. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original, undisturbed packaging. Please include a copy of your RMA form in the return shipment and indicate RMA number of outside of package.

If we sent you the wrong parts:

At Hydraulics Direct, we check every order for accuracy. However, you receive an incorrect part in your shipment, please notify our customer service team immediately. We will promptly have the correct part shipped out to you. We will also provide an RMA and prepaid shipping label for return of the incorrect parts. Please note, all return products must be received in new and unused condition. Return parts must be received to Hydraulics Direct within 30 days. If incorrect parts are not returned to Hydraulics Direct with RMA within 30 days, you will be billed for these.
If parts are found to be defective: If product is found to be defective, please notify Hydraulics Direct within 30 days of the delivery date. We will get a replacement out to you right away at no additional charge, and provide an RMA and prepaid return shipping label.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items may not be returned: cut tubing lengths, cut hose lengths (less than 25’), crimped hose assemblies, custom made to order parts, crimpers, dies.

Cancellations and Change Orders:

Hydraulics Direct must be notified of all cancellations or change orders by phone. Orders can only be cancelled before they have shipped.
